My name is Ben Salkeld, and I’ve been a personal trainer and coach to others for most of my adult life.
It wasn’t that long ago that I was struggling to get the gains I wanted at the gym. Heck, when I first started out getting into the gym and going through the motions they either seemed boring or a necessary evil, not something I overly enjoyed.
You see, until recently I thought only I had this “problem”.
That was until I teamed up with professional firefighter, natural bodybuilding competitor, fitness model and personal trainer, Mick Paddon to find he had some of the same thoughts I did.

I was in relatively good shape but it all changed when one day I was talking with some of my older co-workers.

They were talking about triathlons. (You know, those incredibly hard races that involve swimming, cycling and running long distances?)
One of the guys had been training for five years for something called the IRONMAN (which consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, followed up by a full, 26.2 mile marathon)...
Which he said “ONLY REAL MEN COMPETE IN THOSE”...
They laughed at me when I said I'd join him in the race the following year!
At the time I wasn’t aware that a few weeks after this I would discover the 3 primers needed, to not only ensure that I enter and complete the Ironman with 18 months of training, finish under the elusive 11-hour mark...
...But to also have in my mind the best way to train your body in a way that it wants to train and finds pleasure in it.
I've used these same 3 principles to continue to improve my performances, physique, and have even used them in other aspects of my life such as business, and relationships.
They now form the core of what Mick and I teach to our 1 on 1 personal training clients and then watch them achieve astounding physical, emotional, and personal transformations.
Mick has used these same 3 core principles to break through a two year training stagnation.
He helped his personal training clients break through to new levels of leanness and muscularity - melting off stubborn body fat using the Muscle primer program.

Remember, Mick achieved all that after being stuck for two years straight with little to no results - even with years of experience, sacrifice and hard training.

What you're about to learn is a very simple, yet overlooked set of principles.

The 3 principles I uncovered and will reveal for you today were first used back in 2002 when I was training for the Ironman.
They didn’t have names but you can now call it the M.E.H principles...

Now, some people may believe that these 3 principles are easy to know once you know what they are but this isn’t true.
Each part has it’s own phase.
Let’s start with the first part...
Motivation is huge, if you don’t have it you’ll never get started and you’ll never continue going long enough for it to form into one of the later stages of success.
Now, my motivation for the IRONMAN was to beat my co-worker and take home the bragging rights.
But when the real work started, I felt like giving up, I’m sure you’ve been through this too. What kept me going was super-charging my motivation by adding some emotion to it all.
In my case it was crossing the finish line of that grueling Ironman race.
So I studied how to really embed the long-lasting, and easy to implement motivation techniques that would keep me stay fresh and excited about what needed to be done.
The little techniques are simple but when you apply them they bring in huge results.
This turns motivations into super-charged motivations that will help you build toward your goals, quickly and effortlessly.
Now, I can’t give you everything right now because I only share these with my high level clients BUT you can find out how to get them soon enough, I’ll just say that one neat little trick is called a motivational stack which spurs you forward.
The next, super simple principle is what most people overlook while trying to get that dream body.
Have you ever seen that person in the gym or in the park doing some exercise you can’t figure out?
It's very common.
Most people haven’t educated themselves properly and are far too scared to do so when it comes to working out.
You can copy a friend but you won’t get the same results as your genetic make up is very different. You need to be educating yourself properly so you can lay the foundation for massive results in minimum time.
As many questions that people have about exercising - there are probably twice a many about nutrition.
It's just real hard to decipher these days with all the confusion exactly what you should be doing in and out of the gym, what you should be eating, how much rest, and most people just seem to give up.
So you must be both motivated and educated before you ever try to workout to achieve the kind of results you have so desperately wanted for years.
But the last secret is perhaps the biggest and most important and is the real key to making everything work.
While you can be motivated and excited to do what's necessary to get amazing results,
And you can be educated about exactly what you need to be doing exercise and nutrition-wise...
You really must have this last principle in place which is...
Habits bring everything together, and once you understand this, your results will skyrocket.
Habits are formed through knowing about educated processes and how your personal body works, and then having a super-charged motivation to get the activated.
Remember I mentioned that having that motivation stack would come in handy later? Well this is that later.
What that initial stack does is create the necessary momentum to get you to a point where it becomes a habit, and once you’re educated, it’s a habit that will serve you rather than potentially hinder your growth and success.
It's the foundation of these 3 KEY PRINCIPLES:
