SO you want a killer set of triceps?

Before we get stuck in I want to just layout a few pre-requisites with you first.

I’m not here to tell you this is the magic bullet and you’ll build bigger triceps just by reading it.

However I am committed to helping guys like you enhance their physiques and lives.

It takes time, planning, and dedication to drive serious hypertrophy (muscle growth). This is why it’s so important that you ensure every decision, every set and every rep counts. The sooner you start playing the game like an ‘athlete’ the sooner you’ll be living in your dream physique.

It won’t happen overnight, but just like anything else in life, it takes practice and commitment.

Remember that this is a journey, it’s not a destination. It’s always changing, there are new things to learn daily and there’s always variety.

IN ORDER TO CREATE A WORLD CLASS PROGRAM, IT TAKES A LOT OF TESTING, MISTAKES, HARD WORK AND A LOT OF TIME.

I’ve spent more time in this game than I like to admit, but it’s something I truly love. I’d actually go as far to say that I’ve spent more time researching and testing training concepts than I did on my Aerospace engineering degree.

With that in mind I’m CONFIDENT THAT THE Information I share with you today and ongoing WILL CHANGE THE WAY YOU TRAIN FOREVER.

So let’s get into the good stuff…

HOW TO GET BIGGER TRICEPS

CLOSE GRIP BENCH PRESS:
You’re going to kick off your session with a strong 5×5 close grip bench press. You want to build up to your working sets and ensure your working sets are heavy. It’s a great exercise for triceps and will also fire up your CNS as you head into the rest of your session.

DECLINE DB TRICEP EXTENSIONS:
Performing this exercise on a decline will ensure that your triceps stay under tension throughout the entire rep range. This is due to the fact that your laying down on an angle. Do this properly and I can assure you, you’ll get a pump in your triceps unlike anything you’ve experienced before. This is a great high-rep exercise that will give you a great pump as you move into the war-zone.

OMNI STRAIGHT BAR LYING EXTENSIONS:
Omni-sets, like the name suggests, is a group of sets on a particular exercise with slight variations in the angles. Here is a breakdown on how to perform this OMNI-SET:

SETS 1 & 2:
Lying tricep extensions down to the CHIN. You’ll perform the exercise like your standard ‘skull crusher’ however you’ll lower the bar to your chin. Aiming for 10-12 clean reps. Perform 2 sets here and then move on to…

SETS 3 & 4:

Tricep extensions down to the NOSE. You’ll perform the exercise like your standard ‘skull crusher’ however you’ll lower the bar to your nose. Aiming for 10-12 clean reps. Perform 2 sets here and then move on to…

SETS 5 & 6:

Lying tricep extensions down to the FOREHEAD. You’ll perform the exercise like your standard ‘skull crusher’. Aiming for 10-12 clean reps. This is your final set within the Omni-sets.

SEATED EZ BAR BEHIND THE HEAD EXTENSIONS:
By now you’ll have your triceps blowing out and a pump like you’ve never had before. We now move into the final touch-up set and run through 3 sets of a relatively heavy weight and perform a set of EZ bar behind the head extensions.

FINAL NOTES:
For months I trained following your standard out of the box tricep programs with little to no gains. I’d often think I wasn’t going heavy enough and couldn’t understand why I never had to deal with sore tri’s the next day.

When I implemented this new little program into my weekly training the pump was out of this world. On top of that my tri’s were sore for close to 4 days the first few times I went through this. WHY? You’re hitting all the tricep heads, you’re moving through all the rep ranges required to drive strength, hypertrophy and muscle endurance.
