In the next few moments, I’m going to walk you through the 3 PHASES of the 12 WEEK SHRED PROGRAM that will help you make massive muscular gains while consistently stripping fat and give you an almost permanent method to obtain and maintain the physique you've always wanted.
Unlike other programs out there, the 12 WEEK SHRED PROGRAM has been broken up into 3 KEY PHASES and each phase has a name and purpose and that’s what I have for you today.
You see, normally only our high paying elite clients get this level of intuition and training in our 1 on 1 private sessions, BUT I’ve wanted to find a way to create a scalable solution in a way that is helpful and makes you feel like I’m right there with you.
And that’s exactly how and why I designed and created the 12 WEEK SHRED PROGRAM, made up of 3 distinct phases:
12 WEEK SHRED PROGRAM
Just like the preparation and plan you'd require in order to set yourself up to climb Mt Everest or tackle a large life challenge, it requires a process and a specific way to break it down into achievable goals.
One to the KEY benefits of this program is that you'll increase your training and nutrition knowledge as you move through each of the 4 week phases.
I've created it specifically this way to ensure that you continue to challenge your body, build your mindset and never feel like things are getting stale like a lot of the 'flash in a pan' programs that are out there.
3 Phases, 4 weeks each, 12 weeks in total. It takes 12 weeks to create new habits, and so by the end of this program, you'll have a completely new and enhanced way to train, eat and look at life.
PHASE 1: THE BASE
PHASE 1 is where it all begins, it's your introduction that will set you up for serious success over the following 12 weeks.
This is where Mick Paddon began to break away from 2 years of stagnating workouts, and started to make his way to the amazing shredded cover model he is today.

PHASE 2: THE CLIMB
