In the next few moments, I’m going to walk you through the 3 Phases that will massively help your gains and give you an almost permanent method to continually grow, and strengthen your body.
Each phase has a name and purpose and that’s what we have for you today.

PHASE 1: THE BASE
Phase one is the Base level.
This is where Mick Paddon began to break further away from 2 years of stagnating workouts, and started to make his way to shredded cover model.
The first step of Phase One: The Base is that we're going to welcome you into the fold.
